Paul gives us 3 reasons why we are not be troubled:
I. The God of comfort has your past (Vs. 1)
II. The God of comfort has your present (Vs. 2-5)
Points to Ponder
1. Consider how Paul was all about strengthening, comforting and encouraging the churches. Do you share the same passion as Paul? How are you living out such a passion? How do you make the comfort and encouragement of those in Christ’s church a priority in your life?
2. Consider how Paul seldom did the work of ministry alone. Christ’s plan for His church is that the body would get involved. What ways can we gather together for the cause of Christ and reach our world?
